The HD82 & HD86 are whisper quiet using Texas Instruments 1080p DarkChip3 DLP chip set including support for 24hz film frame rate.  Optoma's HD82 produces 1,300 ANSI Lumens @ 20,000:1 contrast ratio whilst the HD86 produces 1,600 ANSI Lumens at 50,000:1 contrast ratio and is available in standard, short and long throw lens options.   The top of the range HD86 has had rave reviews about its picture quality that has natural flesh tones and vibrant, perfectly saturated colours. The DynamicBlack feature enhances the black levels and display a great amount of shadow details.
